Nathan Parks, OL
(6-5 3/8, 307, 5.4) | Stanford
Drafted by: Kansas City, Pick 13, Round 7 , Overall 214

Notes: Butte Community College (Calif.) transfer. Lettered at Stanford in 1994. Started seven games at right tackle in '95, when a shoulder injury caused him to miss Games 4-6. Started eight games at left tackle in '96 but was hobbled by a recurring ankle problem.

Positives: Has size and size potential. Very smart. Alert vs. stunts. Extends arms and shoots his hands when pass-blocking.

Negatives: On the stiff side. Does not bend well. May not have quick enough feet to be a tackle on the next level and can't be a left tackle. Average body quickness. Ankle still must be checked out.

Summary: Could have a chance as a guard or right tackle if he can stay healthy.
